Nezushub Staff Rules and Code of Conduct



1. Confidentiality and Communication
• All staff conversations, discussions, and plans must stay within official Nezushub staff spaces (team chats, meetings, or approved platforms).
• Leaking, screenshotting, or sharing internal discussions or information with non-staff is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
• Always communicate respectfully and professionally. Internal conflicts or frustrations must be handled privately and maturely.



2. Adherence to Nezushub and Nabzclan Rules
• All staff must follow and reinforce the official Nezushub rules:

• Violating Nezushub or Nabzclan policies will result in immediate review and may lead to removal from the staff team.



3. Roles and Responsibilities
• Staff members must actively fulfill their chosen or assigned duties.
• Once a staff member commits to a task, event, or project, they are expected to complete it responsibly.
• If a staff member cannot fulfill a duty, they must inform a Nabzclan staff member or the Nezushub Owner ahead of time.
• Consistent unreliability or repeated neglect of responsibilities may result in disciplinary action.



4. Volunteer Position Policy
• All staff positions within Nezushub are voluntary.
• By joining the staff team, members acknowledge that they are not entitled to any payment, benefits, or compensation from either Nezushub or Nabzclan.
• Staff contribute their time and effort to help the community grow — this is a role of trust and service, not employment.



5. Activity Requirements
• Staff are expected to remain active and participate in both community and staff-related activities.
• Extended inactivity (without notice) exceeding 7–14 days may result in suspension or removal from staff duties.
• Members planning a break or absence must notify leadership in advance to avoid misunderstanding.



6. Reporting and Chain of Command
• Staff should follow the established chain of command when handling issues or reporting concerns.
• Always report problems or disputes to your immediate superior, a Nabzclan staff member, or the Nezushub Owner, depending on severity.
• Skipping hierarchy or ignoring leadership guidance without cause may result in disciplinary review.



7. Conflict Resolution
• Internal disagreements must be handled calmly and privately within the team.
• Public arguments, passive-aggressive behavior, or disrespectful comments toward fellow staff or members are prohibited.
• If conflicts cannot be resolved privately, report them to leadership for mediation.



8. Resignation and Removal
• Staff members who wish to resign should notify leadership at least 3 days in advance.
• Voluntary resignation is always respected and does not affect reapplication chances if done professionally.
• Once removed or resigned, former staff may not access, share, or use internal information or tools obtained while serving on the team.



9. Privacy and Data Handling
• Staff must protect all private member data, tickets, reports, and moderation logs.
• This information may only be used for official purposes and must never be shared externally.
• Breaching privacy policies is grounds for immediate termination and potential permanent ban from the community.



10. Professional Conduct and Representation
• All staff must act with honesty, respect, and professionalism at all times.
• Misuse of power, bias, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Staff represent both Nezushub and Nabzclan, and their conduct reflects directly on both communities.



11. Disciplinary System – “Three Strikes” Policy

To maintain fairness, Nezushub follows a three-strike system:
• First Strike: Formal warning and documentation of the issue.
• Second Strike: Final warning; may result in suspension or restricted duties.
• Third Strike: Termination from Nezushub staff and potential removal from Nabzclan privileges.

⚠️ Severe misconduct such as leaking confidential data, harassment, or direct defiance of leadership may result in instant termination regardless of strikes.



12. Commitment to Team Integrity
• Being part of Nezushub staff is an honor and a responsibility.
• Every member plays a vital role in building the community’s culture, fairness, and success.
• Teamwork, transparency, and reliability are the foundation of Nezushub’s continued growth and trust.
